Statement on legal requirements:
With the judgement of the Landgericht (high court) Hamburg, dated May 12. 1998, it was decided, that the owner
of a Website is in respect to German laws and orders not only responsible for the content of his own
Website, but also for the content of other Websites, that are reachable by links from his
Homepage. The only way for the Website-owner to come off from this legal problem, is to dissociate expressively
from the content of the linked Websites.
On my Homepage are links to other Websites of the world-wide-web. Here I have to state:
I have no influence on
the design and the content of the relevant Websites. Therefore, I dissociate myself expressively from the content
of the linked pages and do not agree to that, what is stated in this pages.
This general statement is valid for all links and banners, used with my Homepage, guiding you to other Homepages in the WWW.
